How to set up a specific (client) template in ITpipes Mobile and why is this important?

To setup a client template, you do need the template file from the client. This file ends in the extension "tpl", for example "cityofmonroviaca.tpl".
- Confirm ITpipes Mobile is fully functional on the inspection system and close ITpipes Mobile; the application must be closed for the new template to be recognized.
- Locate the template file and copy/paste that file into C:\Program Files (x86)\Infrastructure Technologies\ITpipes Mobile\Template.
- Open ITpipes Mobile and select "add project", select the template drop down in the add new project window.
- The new template will appear in the listing.
If an incorrect template is used on a project, that will result in problems. That causes the data entered to not match the data required and if there are existing inspections in a system, the new inspections will not match. That means the new inspections will need scrubbed or cleaned to match the old inspections and client template.
