Sync - How can I add or remove email user notifications?
Purpose: This KBA explains how to remove or add user notifications.
Steps:
- Sync Host Manager is installed on the server. Open Sync Host Manager application, select the settings (gear icon).
- Under Email Settings, find the field titled "Send Alerts to".
- Update this field to contain desired recipients of the email notification. To send to multiple people, separate the emails by a comma.
- Select "test email" to send a test email and save the settings.
