Renewing an ITpipes Web License

Issue
When opening ITpipes Web , this error may appear "Your license is set to expire in x days..."

Environment

ITpipes Web, Chrome browser

Resolution

Clients that are part of an active project implementation or are processing their renewals may be receive a new activation ID. These are sent to the client designated staff that manage licensing. Once a new activation ID is received, this can be activated using the following steps:

Steps

  1. Log in as an admin, and select the top right button in ITpipes Web. Then select Administration.


2. Switch to the Server Config tab and in the License Server section, enter the activation ID in the Activation ID field and select the Activate button.
- Be sure to enter the activation ID with no spaces before or after, and be sure to include the dashes.
- On success, a message will appear at the top of the site saying "License Activated"
