ITpipes Web 1.2 New Features

ITpipes Web 1.2 New Features

Welcome to Our Latest Feature Update!

We’re excited to share the newest features and improvements we’ve been working on to make your experience with ITpipes even better! These updates are designed to streamline your workflow, boost efficiency, and help you get the most out of your inspections. Check out what’s new below, and let us know if you have any questions or feedback!

Reserved User Accounts
  1. Going forward, each user will have their own login, and we’re removing the option to create shared accounts to improve security and management.
  2. You’ll be able to easily see how many licenses you have and how many are in use, making it easier to plan and budget for your team’s needs.

View Media Manager in Web
  1. The Media Manager helps cities and contractors manage and verify all media linked to inspection projects. It ensures every required piece of media is attached before submitting inspections.
  2. Originally available in ITpipes Mobile, it’s now part of ITpipes Web, giving you one place to manage all your media.
  3. Each media item links back to its inspection, making tracking easier.

IBAK Soft Control Inclination and Laser Measurement Support
  1. This new feature allows users to perform accurate inclination and laser measurements directly within ITpipes.
  2. Please note that the laser measurement functionality requires a separate license from IBAK. Contact your IBAK representative for more details on acquiring the necessary licensing.

Improved Panoramo Viewer
  1. The Panoramo viewer has been updated to a web native control for office review. Panoramo files work straight from the field and no longer require conversion to be viewed in ITpipes Web.

Continue Work While Syncing in ITpipes Mobile
  1. You’ll be able to keep using the ITpipes Mobile app while a sync is happening in the background, without any interruptions to your work.
  2. You’ll see small visual updates showing the sync status, but they won’t get in your way.

Easier Sorting in Templates
  1. We’ve improved how you can sort by column headers in the template editor, so it’s easier to find what you’re looking for.

Improved Layout for PACP Inspection Reports
  1. We’re improving the layout of some reports to make them easier to read, especially for long comments or condition descriptions.

Cloud-to-Cloud Sync Improvements
  1. We’re making sure that data transfers between our cloud platforms work smoothly so everything functions as expected.
  2. We've added messaging to Cloud-to-Cloud sync that will show which asset or inspection is currently syncing.

Compatibility Check for Mobile 1.2
  1. We’re ensuring that the latest version of ITpipes Mobile works well with older systems, so you won’t have any compatibility issues.

Other Enhancements
  1. General performance improvements, including fixes for media filtering, syncing, and template loading.
